I always knew I wanted to go into interior design and the fashion world. At a young age, I was constantly rearranging and redecorating my childhood bedroom. My mother is a realtor so I spent many hours in model homes imagining how I could transform the rooms into beautiful living spaces. I graduated from the American College with a BA in Fashion Merchandising and went into the fashion merchandising business with more than 25 years of experience working for Nautica and Perry Ellis menswear. In 2014, I decided to pursue my love and passion for interior design and make the natural transition from the fashion world to the staging and interior design business by leveraging my merchandising skills along with my obsession for creating new and fresh spaces. I take a strategic approach by using a balance of style, emotion and budget to create a property that will speak to potential buyers. My portfolio ranges from de-cluttering and rearranging spaces to fully staged homes , interior design and project management. On average, my staged homes are under contract within 2 days and over list price. I have lived in the Chapel Hill/Durham area for over 25 years with my husband, Tom and our two children-Price and Wilson.

She helped repurpose the 'Must keep family items' I had and comingled them beautifully with an already furnished vacation home that was now to be the full-time residence. Prior to selling the former residence Erin assisted me with wall paint selections and staged it for selling. Household very quickly.
